| FEATURES Newly constructed log sided Minocqua Lake Condo just south of the Island City, this wonderfully furnished two bedroom condo offers a great view of the lake, dock for your boat, and a sand beach for swimming. The condo is furnished with northwoods log furniture and tastefully decorated. The unit has a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, two and a half baths, washer and dryer, and we provide all bed linens. There is a patio overlooking the lake and a fire pit for your use. The condo is within walking distance of downtown Minocqua shopping, restaurants and the Minocqua Bat Ski show. Lake Minocqua is part of a four lake chain-of-lakes that include Kawagasaga, Mid, Minocqua and Tomahawk - for a total of well over 6000 acres of water and good fishing. |
| ACTIVITIES Minocqua is the "jewel" of the Lakeland vacation area. There are six golf courses within 20 miles of the condo, excellent restaurants and cafes, natural hiking trails, the Bear Skin Hiking / Biking trail that begins in Minocqua, shops for gifts, clothing, art and antiques, tennis courts, lake tours, kayak and canoe trips, and the Lac du Flambeau Indian community and casino. | CONDO The pictures below tell the story of the quality of this rental. Bed linens are furnished; you need to bring bath/beach towels. Bring or rent a boat for water skiing, motoring around the lakes, or fishing. There are two large grocery and deli stores for supplies for the week. Condo has cable TV and a DVD player. There is a telephone in the unit for local and emergency calls. SORRY, NO PETS. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING RENTAL. |
